Let's learn how to complete Form I-9 to verify the identity and employment authorization for newly hired crew members in the United States within SmartStart.

The SmartStart for an I-9 Verifier course is designed to help you become familiar with the identity and employment authorization verification process. This training will give you accurate and up-to-date information on completing Section 2 of the form I-9, all within SmartStart, accurately every time. In addition, the training materials describe what you need to know about the form I-9 and document identification, acceptable documents, and helpful tips to prepare.
This course is for anyone who has been given the ability to verify I-9 documents for newly hired crew members or anyone who needs a refresher on their responsibilities when completing section two of the form.
